There’s something for every age and ability: Preschool Stars combines physical and cognitive learning, incorporating numbers and letters in the gym classes to teach counting, labeling and matching. Girls Gym Adventures (K-8) trains students in vault, bars, beam and floor. Gym Stars (ages 5-12) is our girls’ performance gymnastics class. Tumble Trax (ages 5-17) teaches basic tumbling skills and then progresses to layouts, fulls, front and back tucks. Your children will learn in a safe and fun environment.
